Jacob Victor is an initiative-taking and adventurous individual that is easygoing and eager to serve the community and to do Gods will for his life. With over 25 years of has on experience as a first responder/first receiver in emergency response and field operations management in working on the “front lines “in both the US armed forces and the city of Detroit. He has worked in both for-profit and not-for-profit environments, providing vital first-hand information from emergency response sites in reporting results of injuries and fatalities to the medical officers in charge. With years of experience as a first responder and first receiver (in the field and ER respectively). A certified HAZMAT Instructor; with Incident Command & NIMMS certifications. Develop highly trained work staff; provided technical support/site supervision and was the physician liaison between the incident site and the hospital. Specialize in trauma and triage as a former Navy Corpsman, Army Combat Medic, Emergency Medical Technician, Emergency Room Technician & Credit and Collections specialist (field collector).

 

Education

 Bachelor of Science: Global Business Management; University of Phoenix, concentration “Global Markets.” Developed strategies encouraging organizational leadership, program development, managing staff rosters, employee development, education & training, various reporting options, managing confidential patient records, regulator and information management systems.

 

Master of Arts:

Emergency and Disaster Management; American Military University, concentration “Disaster Health.”Cardiac Event Monitoring: working with “New 5G Wireless Technology” that utilizes cellular and digital technology to transmit patient data 24/7 in real time!

 

Doctor of Divinity:

Evangelism; Open Bible Collage International, concentration “World Missions” (currently enrolled)

Operation Desert Storm Veteran.  Emergency Medical Technician; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Pediatric Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pre-Hospital Life Support (PHLS), Basic Disaster Life Support (BDLS), Advanced Disaster Life Support (ADLS), & Train the Trainer HAZMAT/CBRNE. Incident Command System (ICS), National Institute Management System (NIMS).
